~tandUp ~ Por kids <br />ORANGE COUNTY <br />• Goals must be completed within 90 days of completing work-based learning and/or <br />training. <br />• If goals are not completed within 90 days, the participant must actively work w ith their <br />career planner and show progress toward completion to remain eligible for incentives. <br />D. INCENTIVE PAYMENT CONDITIONS <br />1. Incentives will only be provided if: <br />a. WIOA funds are available <br />b. Incentives are allowable under WIOA regulations <br />2. Incentive payments may be reduced or denied based on availability of funds. <br />3. Incentive payments exceeding the program limit require prior approval from senior <br />management. <br />4. If a participant has already received the maximum allowable incentive amount, they are <br />not eligible for additional incentives. <br />5. Incentive payments may be revoked if a participant provides false information or fails to <br />meet program requirements. <br />E. DOCUMENTATION AND REPORTING <br />All incentive-related activities and payments must be documented in the participant's case file <br />and recorded in the program's management system .
