Exceptions to Terms, Conditions, or Specifications Form Only those Proposer Exceptions to Terms, Conditions, or Specifications that have been accepted by Sourcewell have been incorporated into the contract text. Documents Ensure your submission document(s) conforms to the following: 1. Documents in PDF format are preferred. Documents in Word, Excel, or compatible formats may also be provided. 2. Documents should NOT have a security password, as Sourcewell may not be able to open the file. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the uploaded document(s) are not either defective, corrupted or blank and that the documents can be opened and viewed by Sourcewell. 3. Sourcewell may reject any response where any document(s) cannot be opened and viewed by Sourcewell. 4.
