<br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT WORKSHEET
<br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
<br />This project provides for the application of crack seal and slurry seal
<br />to various streets citywide with minor coldmill and removal and
<br />replacement of asphalt concrete pavement.
<br />PROJECT NEED:
<br />The City's Pavement Management Program has been developed to
<br />identify the preventative maintenance requirements for the City's street
<br />network. The application of a surface seal to streets with improvements
<br />constructed in the last 10 years will ensure a high level of service for
<br />years to come.
