10. Agreements with Orange County Therapeutic Arts Center, Working Wardrobes for a <br />New Start, and StandUp for Kids Orange County to Provide Workforce Readiness <br />Preparation, Work Experience, and Career Training Programs to Santa Ana Youth <br />Department(s): Community Development Agency <br />Recommended Action: 1. Approve an agreement in an amount not to exceed <br />$250,000 with Orange County Therapeutic Arts Center, for a period from July 1, 2025 <br />to June 30, 2026 (Agreement No. A-2025-XXX). <br />2. Approve an agreement in an amount not to exceed $200,000 with Working <br />Wardrobes for a New Start, for a period from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026 <br />(Agreement No. A-2025-XXX). <br />3. Approve an agreement in an amount not to exceed $200,000 with StandUp for Kids <br />Orange County, for a period from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026 (Agreement No. A- <br />2025-XXX). <br />11. Agreement with Graves & King LLP; Agreement with Jones Mayer; and a First <br />Amendment to Agreement with Bobko Law, APC <br />Department(s): City Attorney's Office <br />Recommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute an Agreement with <br />Graves & King LLP to provide legal services for a three-year term beginning July 1, <br />2025 and expiring June 30, 2028, with a provision for a one-year extension, in a total <br />amount not to exceed $500,000 (Agreement No. A-2025-XXX); to execute an <br />Agreement with Jones Mayer to provide legal services for a three-year term beginning <br />July 1, 2025 and expiring June 30, 2028, with a provision for a one-year extension, in <br />a total amount not to exceed $500,000 (Agreement No. A-2025-XXX); and to execute <br />a First Amendment to the Agreement with Bobko Law APC to provide legal services, <br />increasing the compensation in a total amount not -to -exceed $500,000 (Agreement <br />No. A-2025-XXX). <br />12. Agreement with CDW-G for Email Security and Cybersecurity Awareness Training <br />Software Subscription Services (Specification No. 25-090) (Non -General Fund) <br />Department(s): Information Technology <br />Recommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with <br />CDW-G for cloud -based email security and cybersecurity awareness training services <br />for a 39-month term. The agreement will commence on or after July 1, 2025, with the <br />exact start date to be adjusted based on the actual implementation and purchase <br />order issuance. The agreement end date will be extended accordingly to maintain the <br />full 39-month term, in an annual amount not to exceed $75,306 to accommodate <br />potential growth in user licenses, for a total not -to -exceed amount of $225,918 over <br />the 39-month term (Agreement No. A-2025-XXX). <br />Page 9 7/1 /2025 <br />
