Physician; <br /> b. Nurse; <br /> c. Nurse practitioner; <br /> d. Emergency medical technician; <br /> 6. Paramedic; <br /> f. Dentist; <br /> g. Physical therapist; <br /> h. Psychologist; <br /> 1. Speech therapist; <br /> j.
