COMMERCIAL AUTO ENHANCEMENT ENDORSEMENT <br />J. ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT COVERAGE <br />The following is added to Paragraph A.4. Coverage Extensions under SECTION III — PHYSICAL DAMAGE <br />COVERAGE: <br />Physical Damage Coverage on a covered "auto" also applies to "loss" to any electronic equipment that <br />receives or transmits audio, visual or data signals and that is not designed solely for the reproduction of <br />sound, subject to the following additional provisions: <br />1. This coverage applies only if the equipment is permanently installed in the covered "auto" at the time of <br />the "loss" or the equipment is removable from a housing unit which is permanently installed in the covered <br />"auto" at the time of the "loss", and such equipment is designed to be solely operated by use of the power <br />from the "auto's" electrical system, in or upon the covered "auto". <br />2. Coverage also applies to antennas and other accessories necessary for the use of the electronic <br />equipment described in paragraph C.1. above. However, this does not include tapes, records or discs. <br />3. The most we will pay for all "loss" to such audio, visual or data electronic equipment and any accessories <br />used with that equipment as a result of any one "accident" is the lesser of: <br />a. The actual cash value of the damaged or stolen electronic equipment and/or its accessories as of the <br />time of the "loss"; <br />b. The cost of repairing or replacing the damaged or stolen electronic equipment and/or it accessories <br />with other equipment or accessories of like kind and quality; or <br />c. The limit shown in the Schedule of Coverages above. <br />The insurance afforded by this provision does not apply to any equipment for which Audio, Visual, and <br />Data Electronic Coverage, or any similar or equivalent coverage, has been provided by a separate <br />endorsement issued by us and made a part of this coverage part or policy. <br />K. UNINTENTIONAL OMISSION OR DISCLOSURE <br />The following is added to B. General Conditions, 2. Concealment, Misrepresentation or Fraud of <br />SECTION IV — BUSINESS AUTO CONDITIONS: <br />e. However, the unintentional omission of any information given or provided by you shall not prejudice <br />your rights under this insurance. This provision does not affect our right to collect additional premium <br />or to exercise our right of cancellation or non -renewal. <br />This provision does not apply to any known injury or damage which is excluded under any other provision <br />of this policy. <br />L. KNOWLEDGE AND NOTICE OF OCCURRENCE <br />Paragraph a. under A. Loss Conditions, 2. Duties In The Event of Accident, Claim, Suit Or Loss in <br />SECTION IV — BUSINESS AUTO CONDITIONS is deleted in its entirety and replaced by the following: <br />a.
