Ready(C�C <br />Orange County's emergenrypreparedness resource <br />Completion Criteria: <br />This task is considered complete upon the completion of the deliverables detailed in <br />the task description above and when the Santa Ana Project Manager signs the task <br />completion letter. Planned completion and invoicing will be at the end of March 2026. <br />TASK 5-D: READYOC SOCIAL MEDIA/SEARCH ADVERTISING (Q2 26) <br />Objective: Deploy Social media advertising within the project budget to promote <br />ReadyOC's overall objectives, promotional information, and micro -campaigns. <br />Task Description: Deploy advertising strategy and budget across social media and <br />digital channels to boost awareness of the ROC program through approved messaging <br />and micro -campaigns. <br />a. Boost social media channel content. <br />b. Develop and deploy social media advertisements. <br />c. Develop and deploy Google AdWord advertisements. <br />Responsibilities: <br />Comm LAB shall: <br />a. Execute digital advertising with allocated funds. <br />b. Execute routine advertising programming and monitor results. <br />c. Implement Search Engine Advertising Program <br />d. Provide KPI reports at the end of each task monitoring success and opportunities. <br />Santa Ana shall: <br />a. Planned completion and invoicing will be at the end of June 2026. <br />TASK 6: MICRO CAMPAIGN: ROC/ROC COMBO MESSAGING <br />Objective: Continue implementation of previously approved comprehensive plan to <br />promote ReadyOC's emergency preparedness messaging in conjunction with <br />SofeOC'S public safety campaign. The goal is to increase awareness of natural disaster <br />preparedness while also reinforcing the importance of community vigilance and <br />reporting suspicious behavior among Orange County residents. <br />Task Description: Create, establish, and implement a plan that blends ROC's Natural <br />Disaster Preparedness messaging with SOC's messaging. The micro -campaign <br />messaging will be adapted for broad community reach, including young adults and <br />families.
