COMPLIANCE WITH U.S. DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY CORONAVIRUS LOCAL FISCAL RECOVERY FUND AWARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS • (a) Maintenance of and Access to Records. CONTRACTOR shall maintain records and financial documents sufficient to evidence compliance with section 603(c) of the Act, Treasury's regulations implementing that section, and guidance issued by Treasury regarding the foregoing. CONTRACTOR agrees to provide the CITY,Treasury Office of Inspector General and the Government • • Accountability Office, or any of their authorized representatives access to any books, documents, papers, • and records (electronic an otherwise) of the CONTRACTOR which are directly pertinent to this Construction Contract for the purposes of conducting audits or other investigations. Records shall be • maintained by CONTRACTOR for a period of five(5)years after completion of the project. (b) Compliance with Federal Regulations, CONTRACTOR agrees to comply with the requirements of section 603 of the Act, regulations adopted by Treasury pursuant to section 603(f) of the • Act, and guidance issued by Treasury regarding the foregoing.
