27.Francisco Barragan spoke regarding the City's current climate regarding ICE, unity, <br /> and peaceful protests, and spoke in support of Agenda Item No. 32. <br /> 28.Fernando Deveras spoke in opposition to the proposed amendments to the Police <br /> Oversight Commission ordinance, spoke in support of Agenda Item Nos. 28 and 32, <br /> requested social media accounts refrain from sharing posts involving minors, and <br /> urged neighbors to unite. <br /> 29.Mia Verdin spoke in support of Agenda Item No. 32, spoke in opposition to the <br /> proposed amendments to the Police Oversight Commission ordinance, and spoke <br /> in support of financial assistance for families impacted by federal immigration but <br /> requested the funds not be pulled from City events. <br /> 30.Emma Gottfried spoke in opposition to the proposed amendments to the Police <br /> Oversight Commission ordinance. <br /> 31.
