It is all individual staff s <br /> responsibility to keep them secure. Should they damage or lose them they can be replaced by the <br /> SAWDB at the expense of the individual agency staff, <br /> e. Benefits <br /> Each party shall be solely liable and responsible for providing to, or on behalf of,its ermployee(s), <br /> all legally required employee benefits. In addition, each party shall be solely responsive and hold <br /> all other parties harmless from all matters relating to payment of each party's employee(s), <br /> including compliance with social security withholding, workers' compensation, and all other <br /> regulations governing such matters. <br /> 1.1.. AJCC OPERATING BUDGET <br /> The purpose ofParagraph l I is to establish a-financial plan,including terms and conditions,to fund j <br /> the services and operating costs of the local AJCC.The parties to this MOU agree that joint handing <br /> is a necessary foundation for an integrated service delivery system. The goal of the operating � <br /> budget is to develop a funding mechanism that: <br /> a. Establishes and maintains the Local workforce delivery system at a level that meets the f <br /> needs of the job seekers and businesses in the Local area; <br /> b, Reduces duplication and maximizes program impact through the sharing of services, <br /> resources, and technologies among Partners (thereby improving each program's <br /> effectiveness); <br /> i <br /> c. Reduces overhead costs for any one Partner by streamlining and sharing financial, <br /> procurement, and facility costs; <br /> d. Ensures that costs are appropriately shared by AJCC Partners by determining contributions <br /> based on the proportionate use of the AJCC centers and relative benefits received, and i <br /> requiring that all funds are spent solely for allowable purposes in a manner consistent with <br /> the applicable authorizing statutes and all other applicable legal requirements, including <br /> the Uniform Guidance; and, <br /> MA-063-25011196 9 <br />
