E. Clause 63 ATTACHMENTS (7.0 S) is hereby deleted from the Sublease in its entirety and the <br />following clause is substituted: <br />"63. ATTACHMENTS (7.0 S) <br />This Sublease includes the following, which are attached hereto and made a part hereof - <br />I. EXHIBITS <br />Revised Exhibit A - Description of the Premises <br />Revised Exhibit B — Depiction of the Premises <br />Revised Exhibit C - First Amendment to Office Lease (Master Lease)" <br />Clause 64 [COUNTERPARTS (N)] is hereby added to the Sublease in its entirety: <br />"64. COUNTERPARTS (N) <br />This Second Amendment may be executed in one or more electronic or original counterparts, each of which <br />will be deemed an original signature but all of which together will constitute one and the same instrument." <br />F. Wherever a conflict in the terms or conditions of this Second Amendment, First Amendment, and/or the <br />Sublease exists, the terms and conditions of this Second Amendment shall prevail.
