Orange County Association for Mental Health, et al., the City Council voted 4- <br />0 (Councilmembers Hernandez, Lopez, and Penaloza absent) to enter an agreement <br />to resolve the case without cost to the City. For Item No. 1B, Arch Insurance Company <br />v. City of Santa Ana, she reported the Council voted 4-0 (Councilmembers <br />Hernandez, Lopez, and Penaloza absent) to settle the case for $340, 000. <br />City Attorney Carvalho reported that for Item N <br />6-0 (Councilmember Lopez absent) to join the <br />Angeles, and nine other cities that intervened <br />Vasquez Perdomo v.
