In the design stage, the Graviton team will conduct Business Process Familiarization demonstrations of the Oracle Cloud applications to expose City project team members to the capabilities of the Oracle Cloud applications. In the design stage, Graviton will conduct Conference Room Pilot 1 work sessions, demonstrating Oracle Cloud applications capabilities with City specific data and configuration. In the Build stage the project team will conduct the Conference Room Pilot 2 and Conference Room Pilot 3 work sessions, incorporating design decisions made through the iterative implementation process and the configurations, reports, integrations, and conversions (CEMLls) being completed by the CEMLI team of project team resources. CEMLI stands for configuration, extension, modification, localization, and integration. Graviton has also added the category Data Conversion. The iterative process of conducting three Conference Room Pilots solidifies the design and build of the Oracle Cloud applications. The project team will then move into the test stage where the City's business processes, reflected in the comprehensive inventory of use cases, become the basis fortest scenarios to be executed as acceptance criteria for both the system test and user acceptance test formal test cycles. Upon completion of the test stage, the project team will move into the deploy stage of the project knowing the organization's business processes have been thoroughly analyzed, designed, built, and tested through this comprehensive implementation process. 3.5.1 Business Process Maps Business process maps provide a graphical depiction of the integrated business 0 processes. Business process maps will be introduced during the Plan stage and ' will be continuously updated and added to over the course of implementation. ro Business process maps will be incorporated by Graviton into job aids and training content to highlight the business process changes to be implemented at the City.
