Bruce Senator spoke regarding the Warner Widening Project and provided the <br /> Council literature on the following: Delhi Community Center garden expansion, <br /> South Eastwood Street traffic concerns, homelessness, gang intimidation, and <br /> Southern Pacific railroad companies. <br /> 2. Emilio Ramirez spoke regarding the City's partnership with Cal Cities. <br /> 3.
