Staff Comments <br />Assistant City Attorney Kylee Otto reminded Commissioners of the April 2, 2007 <br />deadline to submit the FPPC Form 700 to the Clerk of the Council and <br />announced that training would be available on March 12, 2007 at the Planning <br />Commission meeting. <br />Associate Planner Hally Soboleske encouraged' Commissioners to submit <br />nominations or applications for the Historic Preservation Awards. <br />6. Historic Resources Commission Comments <br />Vice Chair Schaefer will defer the continuation of the Template Review <br />Committee until April after the Election of Officers. <br />7. Excuse of Absences <br />Vice Chair Schaefer motioned to excuse the absences of Commissioners Chinn <br />and Macres. The motion was seconded by Commissioner O'Callaghan and <br />unanimously approved by the Commission. <br />8.
