Staff approval of <br />materials is required. <br />3 2027 Repair cracked concrete walkways and other similar surfaces throughout the <br />property; replace concrete with material of matching appearance and texture, as <br />necessary. <br />4 2027 Assess fascia and rain gutters on primary and secondary buildings and repaint, <br />repair, or replace in-kind, as necessary. <br />5 2027 Assess cracked stucco on exterior walls; repair as necessary. <br />6 2028 Replace galvanized steel water heater enclosure located at the rear of the <br />secondary building, with a compatible, stucco-clad enclosure that is designed to <br />match the materials and visual character of the building. The enclosure should <br />meet all code requirements from the Planning and Building Agency, including but <br />not limited to, California building code requirements. <br />7 2028 Repaint exterior walls of primary and secondary buildings in historically <br />appropriate color to address existing peeling, blistering, cracking, and <br />discoloration. <br />8 2030 Assess windows on primary and secondary buildings and repaint, repair, or replace <br />in-kind, as necessary.
