LAB SERVICES <br />The David Dixon Memorial Materials Laboratory (LAB) provides the following services: <br />1. Geotechnical engineering, engineering geology, pavement analysis, and foundation <br />investigations for COUNTY facilities <br />2. Evaluation and acceptance of mix designs including asphalt concrete (AC) mix design, <br />Portland cement concrete (PCC) mix design, cement treated soils, and soil stabilization mix <br />designs, for all COUNTY projects, subdivision infrastructure and COUNTY property <br />encroachment permits <br />I Quality assurance testing on construction materials including aggregates, AC, PCC, and soils <br />for all COUNTY projects, subdivision infrastructure, and COUNTY property <br />encroachment permits <br />4. Acceptance and quality assurance testing as described above for Cities under contract with <br />the County through OC Public Works <br />Page 5 of 25 Quality Assurance Plan 2019 <br />
