63 <br />d. Federal Supplemental Assistance Program (CalFRESH/SNAP), Women, <br />Infants and Children benefits, or other food assistance; <br />e. Earned Income Tax Credit or tax refund; <br />f. GI Bill entitlements, hardship duty pay, hazardous du ty pay, hostile fire <br />pay, or imminent danger pay; <br />g. Adoption assistance payments received pursuant to WIC Section 16115 et <br />seq.; <br />h. Non-cash assistance or gifts; <br />i. All income of any individual counted in the family size who is collecting <br />federal Supplemental Security Income (SSI) or State Supplemental <br />Program (SSP) benefits; <br />j. Insurance or court settlements for pain and suffering; <br />k. Reimbursements for work-required expenses such as uniforms, mileage, <br />or per diem expenses for food and lodging; <br />l. Business expenses for self-employed family members; <br />m. When there is no cash value to the employee, the portion of medical <br />and/or dental insurance documented as paid by the employer and <br />included in gross pay; and <br />n. Disaster relief grants or payments, except any portion for rental assis tance <br />or unemployment. <br />o. AmeriCorps Volunteers in Service to America (VISTA) and Federal <br />Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) stipends, room and board, and <br />grants <br />p. Guaranteed income payments as defined below. <br />Administrative costs means costs incurred for administrative activities where <br />neither the family, the child nor the service providers for voucher-based programs <br />and family childcare homes directly benefit from the activity. These costs shall <br />be inclusive of indirect costs if applicable. (5 CCR 18013(c)) <br />Adult means a person who is at least eighteen (18) years of age. (5 CCR <br />110152(a)(2)) <br />Agency Self-Evaluation Annual Report is a form issued by the CDSS for use <br />by contractors to submit a summary of their program self-evaluation findings. (5 <br />CCR 18270.5(a) and 18279(c))
