Use caution when opening attachments or links.
Good Evening Council members
My name Is Liliana Tapia I am a single mother of 4 all my children have played with La academia Albion. I
live in Corona I drive 45 min to an hour to practices because I believe in what the coach stand for. Soccer isn't
only a beautiful sport but it is also therapy to most as well as a new family too many. Each coach has a unique
personality that contributes to each player on or off the field. I came to La Academy Albion because I believe in
what they stand for... building character, discipline, leadership and new friendships. My two oldest being
19&17 years old have begun a new chapter of their lives going to college my oldest playing at a junior college
making friends and connections through soccer. My 17 year old was able to go to his dream school SDSU in
order to chase his soccer dream as well as his education. I'm a firm believer that each coach has an opportunity
to frame a player and build there confidence to succeed in life wether you win or loose its a lesson to be learned
. The coaches represents the club not Maricarmen or Frankie Amaya. These two players represent what our
children strive to be and are proof that with hard work and determination anything can happen. Thank you
Sincerely
Liliana Tapia
10
