And while the city has made many strides with adding housing, it is very <br /> concerning that the proposed Village Santa Ana Specific Plan allows hotels by-right, which <br /> means no public input that would allow us to decide whether the proposal is good for the <br /> community and the City. We should be making it easier to build affordable housing on-site, <br /> not hotels.
