Staff stated that certificates had <br />been prepared and that former Commissioners Betancourt and Rodriguez <br />had been invited to attend this meeting. They will again be invited to the <br />next meeting. <br />Mentioned that he recently attended a joint session of the Historic <br />Resources Commission and the Planning Commission as an appointed <br />representative of the Community Redevelopment and Housing <br />Commission. At the meeting, the final version of the "Citywide Guideline <br />Review Standard" binder was discussed. The binder gives contractors and <br />citizens guidance as to what is permissible and includes historic infill <br />projects.
