MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENTOAF DHOUSING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br />DECEMBER 20, 2005 <br />~ ~ <br />At 3:40 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Commissioner Glen Stroud <br />announced that this was the time and the place for the Regular Meeting of the Community <br />Redevelopment and Housing Commission. <br />Seeing only three Commission Members present to respond to the call of the roll, <br />Commissioner Stroud declared the Community Redevelopment and Housing Commission <br />meeting adjourned, due to lack of quorum, to 3:30 p.m. on January 3, 2006, in the 2nd floor <br />Conference Room of the Community Development Agency. The following items on the <br />December 20, 2005, Community Redevelopment and Housing Commission Agenda will be <br />carried directly to the January 3, 2006, Community Redevelopment Agency Agenda: <br />Agreement for Acquisition of Real Property and Escrow Instructions for 606 East Fifth <br />Street; Birch Street Development Project; Contract Award for Demolition of 901 E. Brown <br />Street; and Loan Agreements with Ross & Durant, ~.. P. and Authorization of Relocation <br />Plans.
