Asked if <br />the Commission has any power to limit the number of Starbucks in the <br />City. <br />• Encouraged staff and the Commission to take a more proactive <br />approach and develop a retail strategy for other types of coffee shops. <br />Stores need to have a unique flavor rather than just be established <br />businesses with "big names".
