Riverside <br />Drive} were recommended for placement and categorization on the <br />Banta Arra Register of Historical Properties <br />* A historic exterior modification request was approved for Stuessy <br />House {~ X20 v11. Third Street}, <br />• Staff provided information on the City's outreach efforts and <br />requirements of designating historic districts. <br />• An update on the Maharajah House located at ~~~~ North Heliotrope <br />Drive was provided, Modifications made did the meet the Secretary of <br />the Interior's Standards far Rehabilitation, The case was ref erred to <br />the courts, <br />• A copy of a letter from the Santa Ana Historical Preservation Society <br />~SAHPS} to Council was submitted, The letter stated the Society's <br />concerns for the proper procedures of the dismantling of the Twist <br />Basler House and its exposure to the elements, HRC filed the letter <br />and requested staff to provide Council's response to the SAHPS. <br />CRH~ I~iNUT~s 3 June ~9, ~OOa <br />
