Hopes that Mrs. <br />Yanez` replacement is appoin#ed promptly. <br />Commissioner Vas uez <br />• Thanked staff for the presentation and information provided. <br />• Requested that a certificate of recognition be provided to Chairperson <br />Yanez. <br />• Enquired as to the process of placing staff reports and presentations on <br />the agenda and requested that Commission members be provided with as <br />much information as possible on the agendas to glue the public notice as <br />to the meeting topics. Mrs. Storck explained that staff prepares agendas <br />prior to each meeting and staff reports are Encluded for items on which the <br />Commission will be taking action. These agendas are then posted <br />according to the Brawn Act requirements. Staff also utilizes the option of <br />providing updates and general information under the "Staff Comments" <br />section of the agenda, and no report for Staff Comments is legally <br />required. <br />Commissioner VEllasehor <br />• Thanked staff for the Section 8 Program overview. ~ <br />• Hopes to see Mrs. Yanez again to say goodbye and to thank her for her <br />service. <br />Vice Chair erson Turner <br />• Thanked Andrew Engler for his service as Student Member and wishes <br />him the best of luck. <br />• Thanked Mrs. Yanez for her service and was glad to have worked with <br />her.
