4. AMENDMENT TO THE CONTRACT FOR DEMOLITION OF 1129 S. <br />ORANGE AVENUE (Shelly Landry-Bayie} <br />Motion: Recommend that the Community Redevelopment Agency: <br />1. Approve an amendment to the contract with Vision <br />Environmental Services to include the demolition of 1129 S. <br />Orange, increase the contract in the amount of $13,500 for a <br />total contract amount not to exceed $53,953, and authorize the <br />Executive Director of the Community Development Agency to <br />execute all necessary documents. <br />2.
