4. AMENDMENT TO THE CONTRACT FOR DEMOLITION OF 1129 S. <br />ORANGE AVENUE (Shelly Landry-Bayie} <br />Motion: Recommend that the Community Redevelopment Agency: <br />1. Approve an amendment to the contract with Vision <br />Environmental Services to include the demolition of 1129 S. <br />Orange, increase the contract in the amount of $13,500 for a <br />total contract amount not to exceed $53,953, and authorize the <br />Executive Director of the Community Development Agency to <br />execute all necessary documents. <br />2. LOAN AGREEMENTS <br />CORPORATION AND <br />(Shelly Landry-Bayle) <br />Betancourt, Leon, Macres, Sarmiento, <br />Turner (5}, Advisory -Garcia <br />None (0) <br />Rodriguez (1) <br />WITH ORANGE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT <br />AUTHORIZATION OF RELOCATION PLAN <br />Barry Cottle of Orange Housing Development Corporation made <br />comments on the project and answered Commissioners' questions. <br />Commissioner Turner requested that language relating to affordability <br />levels and proposed rents be added to the body of the staff report before <br />it is presented to the City Council and the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency. <br />Motions: 1. <br />Recommend that the City Council: <br />a} Direct the City Attorney to prepare loan agreements with <br />Orange Housing Development Corporation for the <br />acquisition and rehabilitation of four multi-family <br />properties located at 1029, 1101, 1122 and 112fi South <br />Minnie Street in an amount not to exceed $2,900,000 and <br />CRHC MINUTES 4 DECEMBER 7, 2004 <br />
