PUB[-IC COMMENTS -None <br />7, STAFF MEMBER COMMENTS <br />Cindy Nelson <br />• Apologized for her absence at the October 7 meeting due to a prior <br />engagement and responded to Commissioner Bist's two inquiries from that <br />meeting: <br />1, The McFadden Infifl project is asingle-family infill project resulting from <br />the McFadden realignment. The Planning Department has agreed to <br />reconsider the site plan and allow the homes to not front on McFadden. <br />A new site plan will be brought to the Commission for their comment. <br />The Ron Simon Education- and Housing Foundation will build the first <br />two homes, Habitat for Humanity is interested in building the other <br />homes; however, at this time, a developer has not been selected. <br />2. A marketing plan for the Depot was completed in November 2005. <br />Some items were completed and others were not. Requested 30-45 <br />days to review it and return with a revised Plan. <br />8. COMMISSION MEMBER COMMENTS <br />Commissioner Bist <br />• Thanked Ms. Nelson for the updates on the McFadden Infill Project and <br />the Depot Marketing Plan and looks forward to receiving another update <br />on the marketing plan in a couple of months. <br />Commissioner Reyna <br />• Mentioned the Guaranty Chevrolet Annual Pancake Breakfast this <br />Saturday, October 25, benefiting high school sports teams and <br />encouraged everyone to attend. <br />Commissioner Verino <br />• Mentioned that the Chico Band will be playing at the Annual Washington <br />Square Fall Concert on Saturday, October 25, which begins at 6 p.m. <br />CRHC MII~U7ES 4 October 21, 2008 <br />
