NELSON, Deputy City Manager for <br />Development Services <br />LISA STORCK, Assistant City Attorney <br />MARY ROTTER, Executive Secretary <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Commissioner Bist requested that the November 4, 2008, minutes be amended to <br />reflect the one vote taken on the Federal Neighborhood Stabilization Program <br />item. <br />Commissioner Vasquez requested that the amended motion for the Federal <br />Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) item on the November 4, 2008, <br />minutes also include that the category of the number of households to be <br />assisted by income would be revised in Section G of the NSP Substantial <br />Amendment on page 1~4 as follows: from 5 to 10 households between 50 percent <br />and 80 percent of area median income and from 35 to 30 households between 80 <br />percent and 120 percent of area median income. <br />Motion: <br />CRHC MINUTI=S 1 December 2, 2008 <br />
