Approve an appropriation adjustment recognizing American <br />Recovery and Reinvestment Act Homelessness Prevention and <br />Rapid Re-Housing funds (HPRP} in the amount of $2,831,989 <br />awarded to the City of Santa Ana. <br />2. Au#horize the City Manager and the Clerk of the Council to execute <br />the agreements with the following HPRP sub-recipients, subject to <br />non-substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City <br />Attorney: <br />a, Mercy House to provide Homeless Prevention in the amount <br />of $399,135 and Rapid Re-Housing in the amount of $398,910, <br />b.
