Edwards <br />MOTION: Appoint two representatives to serve on the Emergency Shelter <br />Grant Fiscal Year 2014-2011 Applicant Review Pane[. <br />Commissioners Desi Reyes and Erick Plascencia volunteered to serve <br />on the Emergency Shelter Grant Fiscal Year 201 Q-2019 Applicant <br />Review Panel. Commissioner Jennifer Villaser~or volunteered as an <br />alternate. <br />Chairperson Bist arrived and resumed the chair. <br />5, DEVELOPER SELECTION ~ INFILL SCATTERED SITES -Shelly Landry~Bayle <br />Mark Korando spoke on behalf of Habitat for Humanity of Orange County and invited <br />the Commissioners to tour the Habitat project in Yorba Linda. <br />Todd Cottle spoke on behalf of Orange Housing Development Corporation and C&C <br />Development and invited the Commissioners to the Learning Center Opening <br />(Townsend}, at 4:30 p.m. on December 2. <br />In written communication, Jose Rea, on behalf of the Madison Park Neighborhood <br />Association, requested to defer the decision on the areas of E. McFadden Avenue <br />and Orange Avenue (site #9}. <br />Discussion ensued and some of the Commission members will be contacting their <br />Council coon#erparts regarding the need for open space. <br />MOTION: Recommend that the Community Redevelopment Agency: <br />4 <br />CRMC Ml~VUTES 2 December 1, 2009 <br />
