Bist from the February 16, <br />2010, Community Redevelopment & Housing Commission meeting. <br />*'~'~ END OF CONSENT CALENDAR *** <br />BUSINESS CALENDAR <br />3. <br />AGREEMENTS FOR FEDERAL NEIGHBORHOOD STABILIZATION PROGRAM <br />(NSP 1 AND NSP 2) <br />MOTION: Recommend that the City Council <br />1 } Authorize the City Manager to execute a Neighborhood Stabilization Program 2 <br />(NSP 2) contract with the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development <br />for grant funds in the amount of $10,000,000. <br />2} Approve an Appropriation Adjustment recognizing $10,000,000 in Neighborhood <br />Stabilization Program 2 grant funds and appropriating the same. <br />3) Authorize the City Manager and the Clerk of the Council to execute an <br />agreement for the implementation of the Neighborhood Stabilization Program 2 <br />in the amount of $9,000,000 plus program income with: <br />ANR Industries, Inc. <br />Orange Housing Development Corporation and C & C Development <br />4} Approve an Appropriation Adjustment recognizing Neighborhood Stabilization <br />Program 1 (NSP1) program income funds and appropriating the same, <br />5} Authorize the City Manager and the Clerk of the Council to execute an <br />amendment with ANR Industries, inc. for implementation of the single family <br />and Historic Condo components of the Neighborhood Stabilization Program 1 to <br />include program income, subject to non-substantive changes approved by the <br />City Manager and City Attorney. <br />6) Authorize the City Manager and the Clerk of <br />agreement with Orange Housing Development <br />Development for implementation of the Rental <br />programs Neighborhood Stabilization Program 1 <br />subject to non-substantive changes approved by <br />Attorney. <br />the Council to execute an <br />Corporation and C & C <br />Housing component of the <br />to include program income, <br />the City Manager and City <br />CRHC MINUTES 2 February 16, 2010 <br />
