increase the overall compensation and extend the term of the agreement to complete the <br />added services. <br />The Parties therefore agree: <br />LPSection 1, Scope of Services, is amended to include Proposal #9506759, dated February 3, <br />2025, and attached hereto as Exhibit A-3 to this Fourth Amendment to the Agreement. <br />2.❑Section 2, Compensation, is amended to increase the compensation amount by $42,273.43 to <br />compensate consultant for services detailed in Exhibit A-3.
