Through a cohesive bundle of offerings, the 02X Integrated Readiness Platform <br />Is positioned to strengthen readiness and resilience, ensuring Santa Ana PD personnel are fully <br />equipped to meet mission demands. <br />In order to address Santa Ana PD's needs, the O2X Integrated Readiness Platform base package will <br />Include: <br />01. 02X Connect" - Integrated Tech Resources., Members will gain access to the fully stocked <br />mobile and web application with continuing resources available from any location. <br />O2.02X Readiness Dashboard'"' - Data Analysis & Reporting: Leveraging data from each program <br />component, O2X provides comprehensive reporting dashboards for commands to monitor force <br />readiness, identify areas for Improvement, and proactively address risk reduction, A centralized <br />dashboard accessible to leadership offers an organization -wide view of service member <br />readiness, enabling a clear snapshot of the state of the force through key metrics to track <br />progress and enhance readiness. <br />03.Assessments & Screenings: Members would participate In the holistic O2X Readiness <br />Assessment m to gain valuable insight Into their Individual strengths, weaknesses, and risks to <br />mental and physical health issues. Along with the 02X Readiness Assessmentf", leadership can <br />work with the On -Site team to design and deliver additional screenings and assessments based <br />on needs and requirements of different commands and personnel. <br />04.O2X Integrated Specialists'': These individuals will serve as embedded representatives of the <br />team whose roles are to work directly with organizational leadership to Integrate the program <br />seamlessly.
