Copies of the Improvement Plan will be <br /> provided to the ASAUA Training & Exercise Coordinator within 30 calendar days of any <br /> seminars, workshops, tabletops, drills, functional, and full-scale exercises. <br /> E. Proposer shall upload, on behalf of the ASAUA, all necessary AARs and Improvement <br /> Plans into HSEEP within 30 calendar days of completing any exercise activity. <br /> VII. QUANTITIES FOR EXERCISE <br /> A. Quantities listed herein are estimates and are not to be construed as a <br /> commitment. No minimum or maximum is guaranteed or implied. <br /> Vill. PRICING FOR EXCERISES <br /> A. All price quotes offered during the RFP process shall remain firm for the initial term of <br /> the agreement. <br /> B. Unless otherwise stated, Proposer agrees that, in the event of a price decline, the <br /> benefit of such lower price shall be extended to the City. <br /> C. All prices are to be F.O.B. destination. Any freight/delivery charges are to be <br /> included. <br /> D. Any price increase or decrease for subsequent contract terms may be negotiated between <br /> Proposer and City only after completion of the initial term. <br /> E. Taxes and freight charges: <br /> 9. The City is soliciting a total price per single delivery of each seminar, <br /> workshop, tabletop, drill, functional, and full-scale exercise. The price quoted <br /> for each seminar, workshop, tabletop, drill, functional, and full-scale <br /> exercise shall be the total cost the City will pay including sales, use, or <br /> other taxes and all other charges, <br /> 2. No charge for delivery, drayage, express, parcel post packing, cartage, <br /> insurance, license fees, permits, costs of bonds, or any other purpose, <br /> except taxes legally payable by City, will be paid by the City unless <br /> expressly included and itemized in the proposal. <br /> 3. Amount paid for transportation of property to the City of Santa Ana is exempt <br /> from Federal Transportation Tax.
