W 0 R I MIAl <br />UNTIL INSUI� =. ` <br />CLER�CI-UN'; l <br />DATE: AUG 9 2010 <br />O: PRCS (,2) <br />Donna Schultze <br />THIS AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is entered into this 1 st day of July, <br />2010, between Orange County Children's Therapeutic Arts Center, a Non -Profit Public <br />Benefit Corporation (hereinafter "Provider") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city <br />and municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the <br />State of California (hereinafter "City"). <br />A-2006-024-03 <br />AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br />RECITALS: <br />A. The parties entered into Agreement A-2006-024, as amended from time to time dated, <br />(the "Agreement") by which Provider provides recreation and leisure class services. <br />B. The parties wish to amend said Agreement to renew the agreement for another one <br />year term and to revise the Scope of Services (Exhibit A). <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and <br />subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this <br />Second Amendment to Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Section 1, entitled "Scope of Services", shall be amended by substitution of a new <br />Exhibit A, attached hereto. <br />2. Section 3, TERM, shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: <br />"This Agreement shall commence on July 1. 2010 and terminate on June 30, 2011, <br />unless terminated earlier in accordance with Section 12, below." <br />3. Except as herein amended, all terms and conditions of said Agreement shall remain in <br />full force and effect. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Second Amendment to <br />Agreement the date and year first above written. <br />ATTEST: CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />MARIA D.
