CNA CNA PARAMOUNT Technology General Liability Extension Endorsement if. delete the definition of occurrence and replace it with the following: Occurrence means a health care Incident. All acts, errors or omissions that are logically connected by any common fact,circumstance,situation,transaction, event,advice or decision will be considered to constitute a single occurrence; ill. amend the definition of Insured to: a. add the following: • the Named Insured's employees are Insureds with respect to: co fn (1) bodily Injury to a co-employes while in the course of the co-employee's employment by the Named Insured or while performing duties related to the conduct of the Named Insured's Im business;and M (2) bodily Injury to a volunteer worker while performing duties related to the conduct of the A Named Insured's business; r-0 0 when such bodily Injury arises out of a health care Incident.
