CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />APPENDIX I <br />PROJECT NO.: XX-XXXX <br />PROJECT TITLE <br />6.22 SUBMITTALS <br />Sewer main pipe and appurtenance submittals shall include, but not limited to the following <br />manufacturer information: <br />1. SDR-26 PVC pipe, VCP pipe, and or other as approved by the Engineer <br />2. Fittings and Bends <br />3. Sewer Main Encasement Materials <br />4. Adapters/Repair Couplings/Gaskets <br />5. Sewer Bypass Plan and Overflow Plan <br />6. Sample of proposed backfill material (approximate one gallon bag) <br />Sewer manhole structures shall be in conformance with all City of Santa Ana Standard <br />Plans, the Standard Specifications, and these Special Provisions and not limited to the <br />following manufacturer information: <br />1. Sewer Manhole Structure- Material composition, frame and cover <br />2. Terminal Cleanout Structure- Material composition, frame and cover <br />3. Sewer Flow Monitoring and Alarming Device <br />Sewer laterals shall be in conformance with all City of Santa Ana Standard Plans, the <br />Standard Specifications, and these Special Provisions and not limited to the following <br />manufacturer information: <br />1. SDR-26 PVC pipe, VCP pipe, HDPE pipe, and or other as approved by the <br />Engineer <br />2. Cleanout Structure- Material composition, frame and cover <br />3. Fittings <br />4. Adapters/Repair Couplings/Gaskets <br />
