This <br />orchestrated character assassination has isolated me from colleagues <br />and destroyed community trust developed over years of service. <br />Furthermore, I have reason to believe his associates have followed me <br />home to photograph my personal vehicles, contributing to a hostile <br />work environment that affects my productivity, reputation, and personal <br />life. Additionally, I endure constant humiliation knowing these <br />fabrications circulate publicly. Hernandez's retaliation threats manifest <br />physically through associates. I fear retaliation or harassment by <br />Councilman Hernandez or his associates at city hall which is why I <br />have drafted this narrative via email. <br />Such behavior constitutes a violation of the Santa Ana City Charter's <br />ethical code (Section 401.05) and rises to the level of a misdemeanor <br />offense (Section 1501). I request that the appropriate committees and <br />agencies investigate this complaint. <br />
