Environmental Review for First Street Bridge Replacement Project <br />August 16, 2010 <br />Page 2 <br />The Mitigated Negative Declaration was circulated for a 20-day review period to the general public, <br />homeowner association groups within the project area, and affected state and local agencies. The <br />review period extended from July 26, 2010 to August 15, 2010.
