Environmental Review for First Street Bridge Replacement Project <br />August 16, 2010 <br />Page 2 <br />The Mitigated Negative Declaration was circulated for a 20-day review period to the general public, <br />homeowner association groups within the project area, and affected state and local agencies. The <br />review period extended from July 26, 2010 to August 15, 2010. At this time no substantial <br />comments have been raised concerning the project and staff is requesting that the City Council <br />approve and adopt the attached Mitigated Negative Declaration, ER No. 2010-108. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Funds received in the total amount of $9,147,083 will be deposited into the Select Street <br />Construction Fund (accounting unit 05917002-52001) and appropriated into the Select Street <br />Construction Fund (accounting unit 05917660-66220, project no. 061723). <br />APPROVED AS TO FUNDS AND ACCOUNTS: <br /> <br />Raul Godinez II ! ) <br />Executive Director <br />Public Works Agency <br />RG/ <br />Exhibit: 1.
