SANTA ANA VISION ZERO PLAN UPDATE | 2 <br />ServiceS Provided B <br />Agreement StAtement C <br />Services Provided <br />The KTUA team will provide a comprehensive approach to <br />updating the Vision Zero Plan, with a focus on producing <br />actionable products . The scope includes various outreach <br />events and planning updates designed to encourage com- <br />munity involvement, supporting the data-driven analysis . <br />Below are the key tasks: <br />COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT: <br />• Develop a community engagement plan to establish a <br />framework for gathering input <br />• Create social media and online tools to facilitate commu- <br />nity engagement <br />• Hold one workshop in each of the six (6) wards to gather <br />community input <br />• Organize monthly project team meetings <br />UPDATING EXISTING CONDITIONS AND VISION ZERO RECOMMEN- <br />DATIONS AND STRATEGIES: <br />• Analyze the latest 10 years of crash data to identify <br />trends using GIS, and develop a high-injury network <br />• Update crash trend data to identify patterns contributing <br />to fatal and high-injury crashes <br />• Develop actions, strategies, and countermeasures based <br />on crash patterns and the high-injury network, focusing <br />on infrastructure and programmatic improvements <br />• Identify success metrics for the proposed <br />recommendations <br />• Conduct site visits along the five (5) priority corridors <br />PROJECT SUMMARY SHEETS AND FINAL PLAN: <br />• Develop concepts for five (5) priority corridors, plus two <br />additional concepts, totaling seven (7) concepts <br />• Create seven (7) cross-section renderings <br />• Provide cost estimates for all seven (7) concepts <br />• Address comments from the Draft Plan and finalize the <br />Vision Zero Plan Update <br />KTU&A has read EXHIBIT II – Sample Agreement of the RFP, dated February 18, 2025, and confirms <br />the ability to execute the City’s Professional Services Agreement.
