The <br />proposed project continues to meet these parameters of the CEQA Guidelines, and <br />Categorical Exemption Environmental Review Nos. ER-2025-65 and ER-2025-68 will be <br />filed for Project 25-6033 and 22-6018, respectively (Exhibit 4). <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />As indicated in the Cost Analysis, the estimated total construction delivery cost of the <br />project is $1,749,105. All funds are available for expenditure in Fiscal Year 2025-26. Any <br />remaining balances not expended at the end of the fiscal year will be carried forward into <br />Fiscal Year 2026-2027 (Exhibit 5). <br />The proposed contract authorizes staff a maximum of 10% for construction contract <br />change orders.
