He was falsely arrested and <br /> later wrongfully convicted on human trafficking charges, despite Anaheim P.D. Detective Paul Delgado <br /> admitting he had no probable cause or warrant for Chazz's arrest. Shockingly, Chazz's case was dismissed <br /> twice before being improperly filed a third time—an outright violation of California's two-dismissal rule (Penal <br /> Code Section 1387). <br /> In August 2024, Chazz's new defense team filed a motion under California's Racial Justice Act, uncovering <br /> blatant racial discrimination embedded in his trial.
