Open&Closed Cases/Matters $4,320 Based upon Subscriber's estimate that Subscriber will have an average of up to 120 open cases and matters in the system in any given month. Additional open cases/matters will be charged $3.00 each per month. A closed case/matter fee of$.20 per case per month will be waived. The number of open cases/matters per month is determined by the average number of open cases/matters in the system during the month. Overages billed monthly. *Additional Open Cases/Matters On a monthly basis,additional open cases/matters above the 120 open case/matter maximum will be charged$3.00 per case/matter per month.This average fee shall not exceed$4,320 per year.
