It is our understanding that the project applicant retained Urban Crossroads to prepare a <br /> Health Risk Assessment analyzing impacts from toxic air contaminants on the proposed school. <br /> The EPD team has extensive experience in Santa Ana from which we have developed a thorough <br /> knowledge in the City's Municipal Code, General Plan and General Plan EIR, which the project is utilizing <br /> for streamlining purposes.
