■ Full meals (two protein options, three sides, salad, starch, and beverage <br /> station) for a minimum of 250 participants per event day(2 event days, 500 <br /> participants total): $15,000 <br /> ■ Food service (1 —7:30 p.m. per event day), staff support and all equipment <br /> and supplies needed to manage food serving: $5,000 <br /> o $12,000 of in-kind contributions towards International Older Adults Celebration <br /> ■ Full meals (two protein options, two sides, salad„ and beverage station)for <br /> a minimum of 300 participants: $10,000 <br /> ■ Food service (10 a.m. — 1 p.m.), staff support and all equipment and <br /> supplies needed to manage food serving: $2,000 <br /> o $4,000 of in-kind contributions towards Dia de los Muertos: Magic of the Altars <br /> ■ Pastries, hot chocolate, and coffee for a minimum of 300 participants: <br /> $3,000 <br /> ■ Staff support and all equipment and supplies needed to manage food <br /> serving: $1,000 <br /> o $2,000 of in-kind contributions towards two (2) senior services offered monthly <br /> celebrations <br /> ■ Pastries and coffee for a minimum of 200 participants: $1,500 <br /> ■ Staff support and all equipment and supplies needed to manage food <br /> serving: $500 <br /> • Booth equipment, supplies, and staff needed for Partner's booth footprint for up to <br /> (10'x30') at all events with participant activity. <br /> • Provide all required health permits per event as it pertains to Partner's activation. <br /> • Partner grants PRCSA the right to use Partner's trademark(s), trade name(s), logo <br /> designs and company descriptions as prepared and delivered to City by Partner in any <br /> medium of advertising, marketing materials, and/ or promotional goods distributed in <br /> conjunction with the Event and in accordance with the Partner's usage guidelines. <br /> PRGSA responsibilities: <br /> • Title Partner Level inclusions for all four (4) events <br /> o Designated exhibitor space for up to (10'x30') for the following event(s).- <br /> Plaza Navidena <br /> ■ International Older Adults Celebration <br /> ■ Dia de Ios Muertos: Magic of the Altars <br /> ■ Senior Services programming <br /> o Designated vendor space for up to (10'x20') for the following event(s): <br /> ■ Fiestas Patrias <br /> o Up to three(3) stage mention at event(s)with option for brief message as provided <br /> by Partner <br /> ■ When available, Partner may provide video promotional message as <br /> approved by PRGSA <br /> o Social media: <br /> ■ Day-of event(s) social media acknowledgment of @tuscanyespresso in <br /> form of a story on @santanaparks <br /> ■ Social media acknowledgment of @tuscanyespresso in caption of recap <br /> event(s) post on @santaanaparks <br /> ■ Pre-event social media acknowledgment of @tuscanyespresso in form of <br /> a grid post on @santanaparks <br /> ■ One (1) annual "Thank You" personalized post on @santaanaparks <br /> featuring involvement throughout the year <br /> 20 Civic Center Plaza • 2nd Floor - Santa Ana.
