For the time <br /> specified below, Sherwood HR Consulting agrees to provide your organization with any of the following <br /> services: <br /> V1 Development of customized training and session programs (Curriculum Development). <br /> * May include development of training handouts,evaluation tools and survey development, based on <br /> needs. <br /> m Collaboration and meetings with the internal staff to plan and prepare <br /> Rk,sources: Sherwood HR Consulting will provide in-person or Zoom account for planning meetings and a <br /> personal laptop for remote programming. For work accomplished on premises, City of Santa Ana will provide <br /> meeting rooms, IT support when needed, and when applicable/depending on the plan, mutually agreed upon <br /> training and facilitation materials including purchasing assessments, educational booms, videos, training <br /> equipment, etc. Sherwood HR Consulting will also be reimbursed for reasonable, necessary and approved <br /> expenses incurred by the Consultant on behalf of the City of Santa Ana. <br /> Upon termination of the agreement, Sherwood HR Consulting will return to the City of Santa Ana any <br /> property, records, documentation, etc, which is the property of the organization. <br /> Location and Hours of Work: Services can be conducted remotely or in-person depending on the request; <br /> Sherwood Hit Consulting will be flexible, Some meeting sessions will be conducted via Zoom; however, in- <br /> person meetings on premises will be accommodated as needed/requested.
