To compensate the contractor for costs associated with additional scope due to unforeseen <br /> conditions including removing and replacing plywood and insulation in both the men's and women's <br /> bathrooms. <br /> 2. To compensate the contractor for costs associated with an improvement to install shut-off valves for <br /> the men's and women's showers allowing for easier maintenance. <br /> 3. To compensate the contractor for costs associated with improvements to install water proofing <br /> paper on the walls of the shower area. This will add an extra layer of waterproofing to the showers <br /> which will reduce the chance of water seeping through cracks and creating mold and water <br /> damage. <br /> 4. To compensate the contractor for costs associated with improvements to install hot mop on the floors <br /> of the men's and women's showers.This will add an extra layer of waterproofing to the showers which <br /> will reduce the chance of water seeping through cracks and creating mold and water damage. <br /> TOTAL AGREED PRICE =$26,168.88 <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
