These impacts are primarily associated with noise and air <br />quality. As discussed in Section 3.3 and Section 3.13, these impacts are considered less than <br />significant, or mitigation measures will be implemented to protect nearby sensitive receptors. <br />The Project will comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
