The City of Santa Ana is located within Orange <br />County, which is not participating in the 2023 California Williamson Act. Consequently, there is no <br />anticipated impact from this designation. <br />c) The Project location area has no forest trees or areas designated for timberland. The Project is <br />located in an urban environment with land zoned for open space land use and surrounded by areas <br />of residential and District Center land use. The Project will not conflict with existing zoning of forest <br />land, timberland, or timberland zoned Timberland Production. Therefore, there is no anticipated <br />impact. <br />
