Minimal energy will be required for the <br />operation of light posts to illuminate pedestrian pathways at night. Therefore, no impact is <br />anticipated. <br />b) The Project will not obstruct any state or local plans for renewable energy or energy efficiency. <br />While the City's General Plan aims to expand renewable energy sources, the addition of lighting in <br />the pocket park will not conflict with these energy efficiency goals.
